THANK GOODNESS I CAN TRACK PP!!
Im on my 5th year of maintaining a 92# loss. PP worked for me, I could eat what I wanted (w/in reason). SP felt very constricting, I became very frustrated with it, gained 7#! So thankful to find this app. Database of foods is very broad. Only drawbacks (for me) are most items are listed in grams, not ounces, I dont always know the conversion. It would be nice to track TBSPs tsps. Lastly, on many foods the serving size does not match the points listed (on foods I am very familiar with). Overall, Im thankful to track PP. Thank you!!
